48-Hour Inspection Period
You have 48 hours from the time of delivery to inspect your shipment and report any issues. This window is critical — please inspect your devices promptly upon receipt.
1. Inspection Period
Upon receiving your shipment, you must inspect all devices within 48 hours. During this period, you may request a return for devices that:
- Do not match the listed grade (A, B, or C) based on our published grading standards
- Are non-functional or have undisclosed hardware defects
- Differ materially from the lot description provided at auction
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, devices must:
- Be returned in the same condition as received, with all accessories
- Have no signs of tampering, disassembly, or unauthorized repair attempts
- Be returned in the original packaging when possible
- Have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by our team
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Devices listed and sold "as-is" or with explicitly stated cosmetic damage
- Custom or mixed-grade lots where the lot composition was disclosed
- Devices damaged after delivery due to mishandling or improper storage
- Claims made after the 48-hour inspection window
- Devices with iCloud/FRP locks that were not present at time of shipment (verified by our records)
4. Refund Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team at returns@mobilewala.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide your order number, lot number, and detailed description of the issue
- Include photographic evidence of any defects or discrepancies
- Our team will review your claim and issue an RMA number within 24 hours
- Ship the devices back using our prepaid return label within 5 business days
5. Refund Timeline
Once returned devices are received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Partial Refunds & Credits
In some cases, we may offer a partial refund or account credit for devices with minor cosmetic discrepancies that do not affect functionality. The amount will be determined based on the severity of the discrepancy relative to our grading standards.
7. Exceptions
We understand that unique situations arise. For issues not covered by this policy, please contact us directly. We review exception requests on a case-by-case basis and strive for fair resolutions.
