Browse available lots, place bids on the ones you're interested in, and win by having the highest bid when the auction ends. Each lot has a starting bid and a set auction duration. Bids placed in the final 3 minutes extend the auction by 3 minutes to prevent sniping.

Bid retractions are not permitted except in cases of confirmed technical errors on our platform. We encourage you to review lot details carefully before placing a bid.

Auto-bidding lets you set a maximum bid amount. Our system automatically places incremental bids on your behalf up to your maximum, keeping you ahead at the lowest possible price. You'll only pay slightly more than the next highest bidder.

Some lots may have a confidential reserve price (the minimum price the seller will accept). If the reserve is not met, the lot will not sell. Reserve prices are not displayed to bidders.

We accept wire transfers, ACH payments, and approved credit terms for qualified buyers. Payment details are provided upon winning an auction.

Payment is due within 48 hours of winning an auction. Invoices are sent immediately after the auction closes with payment instructions.

Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge and could result in account suspension. Repeated non-payment will lead to account termination and a default fee of 10% of the winning bid amount.

Devices listed "as-is," custom lots with disclosed composition, and items damaged after delivery are not eligible for return. Claims made after the 48-hour window also cannot be accepted.

Once returned devices are received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
